Foot & Wound Care

Helping you heal faster and keeping off your feet.

Sinka Staffing Services provides best-practice skin and wound care for patients being discharged from hospital following surgery, or for patients living with a chronic condition, for example diabetics who are at risk for foot or leg ulcers. Our specially trained wound nurse clinicians are ready to assist with recommendations for treatment and provide wound care management to patients and families who require assistance with:

Education and teaching to support self-care in the management of changing dressings, recognizing signs of infection, and other activities such as proper nutrition and exercise.
Monitoring of wounds by assessing and measuring the size and diameter and recommending the product and frequency of changing the dressing based on best-practice standards.

IV Administration & Therapy

Keeping you safe and connected at home.

Sinka Staffing Services provides assistance with patients managing home antibiotics and other antimicrobials as ordered by the patient’s physician. We work in conjunction with the community home IV programs and infectious disease teams, who oversee patient infusions to provide the safest and most convenient delivery system based on patient factors and drug stability. We supervise and monitor our patients for signs of complications and infections related to IV therapy. If you require home IV therapy, we can help make it safe and easy for you.

Therapy & Rehabilitation

Getting you back on your feet faster.

Our qualified occupational therapists and physiotherapists provide treatment and instruction on home safety, balance, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, with a focus on returning to independence. We develop specific home rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of each individual patient.

Physiotherapy*

Physical therapy uses physical activity, exercise, and additional treatment, such as massage, to aid in strengthening, healing, and relieving pain after an injury, illness, or operation.

Occupational Therapy*
